We carry out a full habitation service for caravans and motorcaravans. This includes the following:
- Inside of vehicle we carry out a full damp check, check all appliances on gas and 240 volt, check security of gas system including pipes etc and gas drop out vents, pressure test gas system and test for leaks. check all 12 volt and 240 lights. We check water system for leaks and security and pressure/micro switches. Check cubboard doors and catches for alignment. Check and test all blinds and flyscreens which are adjust as neccessary. The smoke alarm and battery are also checked. All batteries and their condition and charging power on 12 volt and 240 volt are all checked.
- Outside of the vehicle we check the body mountings and security. Grease and lubricate all door locks and hinges etc. Check all body seals for cracks etc.
We carry out any thing from a basic oil change and filter right up to a full service including everything to do with the chassis side of your vehicle. For almost any vehicle but please contact us first. We also use top quality oe parts and oils for your vehicles so we can also service your new vehicles whilst still under the manufacturers warranty. If your vehicle was serviced by us and a problem occours while still under warranty it would not affect your warranty.
The fully synthetic oils are expensive but they have to be used because the first thing main dealers are doing is analizing the oil to make sure the right spec oil has been used. As alot of companies are quoting services far too cheaply and not using the correct spec oil. We also carry out all mechanical or electrcal repairs to your vehicle. Such as tyres/ wheel bearings/ engine work/gearbox repairs and clutches etc etc. we also carry out repairs to the leisure side of your motorhome inc bodywork and painting and damp repairs. We also have £10,000 worth of bosch diagnostics equipment for code reading. For resetting mil (engine diagnostic light) and rectifying faults and resetting service interval lights etc.
We can supply and fit new cambelts or cambelt kits to almost any vehicle. Cambelt kits are what we strongly recommend as the tensioners etc can also fail, this will save you on the exta labour costs after having the belt fitted. If the water pump is driven from the cambelt we also check for wear and tear plus for any bearing noise before refitting the new belt.

As manufacturers have been known to lower the interval mileage as they have failed before the recommended mileage. We keep the latest up to date information because the recommended mileage has been known to be lowered by the manufacturer.
